Micro Jenisys, Inc. Unveils New Web Site for Broward County Schools Youth Mentoring Office

Ft. Lauderdale, FL  – In anticipation of the new school year, the Broward County Schools Youth Mentoring office launched its new website at http://www.getinvolvedineducation.com/mentors/index.htm. The site was developed by Micro Jenisys, Inc. a local web technologies company.

The goal of the Youth Mentoring office is to improve the academic and social outcomes of at-risk students by providing them with committed adults who serve as mentors. The office is responsible for recruiting and training mentors, training and supporting school-based mentor coordinators, monitoring security clearance status and facilitating mentor programs district-wide. 

“We are so thrilled with our new site,” said Wanda Robinson, Youth Mentoring Coordinator. “It is so user-friendly and has a tremendous amount of useful information for our Mentors, those interested in becoming mentors and the community at-large.”
