Micro
Jenisys, Inc. Unveils New Web Site for
Broward County Schools Volunteer Services Office
Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Just in advance of the 2008-2009 school year, the Broward County Schools Volunteer Services office launched its new web site at http://www.getinvolvedineducation.com/volunteers/index.htm. The site is one of three developed by Micro Jenisys, Inc. a local web technologies company, for the Broward County Public Schools Community Involvement Department.
The Volunteer Services Department provides district-wide support and coordination to District schools to encourage and enable strong partnerships with family, business, community and government at the classroom, school, and area and district level.
“We cannot wait to have our volunteers experience the new web site,” said Anne French, supervisor of Volunteer Services. “It has so much more useful content and is so easy to navigate. Our web site can now serve as the resource we need it to be.”
The re-designed Volunteer Services site is a centralized online resource for new and existing volunteers as well as the teachers and volunteer coordinators based at the school level. “Our philosophy is to listen to our clients and really hear what they want, need and expect from their web site,” said Jennifer Anastasi, Micro Jenisys, Inc., CEO. “At the conclusion of a project, we feel successful when we over-deliver on all those points.”
